• Accommodation establishments that offer holiday or business accommodation bookable on a short-term basis
• Visitor attractions that are places/areas of interest that offer a distinct visitor experience
• Food and drink and event establishments targeted at leisure, business or event visitors that offer a food and/or drink experience and cater for events (eg. restaurants, bars, breweries, event centres, wedding venues)
• General Services that are limited to products or services which support tourism and those who travel (eg. cinema, playground, wedding services)
• Hire services that provide products or services hired for a specific time to be used/operated by the leisure or business traveller (eg. houseboats, car hire)
• Information services that are limited to airports, cruise terminals and official visitor information centres
• Journeys (eg. trails and itineraries)

• Transport companies must provide point to point travel / transfers for the leisure or business visitor
