Join the Community Environment Network and AquaFun on a 2-hour guided kayaking ecotour, to explore the amazing wetlands of Avoca Lagoon. Learn about the endangered Green and Golden Bell frogs that call this wetland home, as well as some fascinating facts about the wetlands and history of the area. Experience the famous "jumping fish, pelicans, herons, cormorants and more. All equipment and lunch provided. Minimum age 12 years old. All participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Dates: Wednesday 13 November 2024. With a backup date of Friday 15th November in the case we are unable to proceed due to weather.
Times:
Session 1: 9:30am- 12:30pm (includes lunch after the kayaking)
Session 2:11:45am- 3:00pm (includes lunch before the kayaking)
