Between 6-9:30pm, listen to live music from local musicians at Parlour Lane.
About the artists
6:00pm: Bathtub
The Bathtub Gin Orchestra is two parts 1920s stomp, one-part early 1930s swing, and a generous splash of French and Gypsy Jazz. Pour contents into an iron bathtub and stir with a broom handle and drink in the good vibes of the party music of the early 20th Century.
Audiences can expect the Bathtub Gin Orchestra to enliven the house, bringing zany energy as they romp through upbeat swing standards, jazz manouche classics, clarinet features and sweet melodic favourites.
8pm: Kath Morrison and Steve Smillie
Kath Morrison and Steve Smillie are an instrumental group consisting of a trumpet and guitar and together they play a mixture of blues, jazz, and original music.
