Hear Jean talk about wine, the winemaking culture and this extraordinary piece of French history. On arrival, delight in a glass of Pinot Blanc 2022. Once seated you will enjoy a 4-course menu matched with Pinot Gris Reserve 2018, a vertical flight of Riesling 2022, Riesling Reserve 2021 and Riesling Cuvee Frederick Emile 2016. Finally Pinot Noir Reserve 2022 and Gewurztraminer Vendage Tardive 2018 to finish.
