Upstairs is the main living area, including a large formal sitting room/lounge area, and a huge media room. Large modern kitchen and dining area with Beach and Lake views.
Double doors lead from the kitchen to the courtyard which is sunny and warm all day, great for having a dip in the plunge pool, lunching or lounging around. (pool fence surrounds the pool).
Take a walk down the long hallway which leads to the huge media room, 2nd double bedroom with a queen size bed and large bathroom with bath, shower, vanity and toilet. Bedroom 3 has a double bed and a single bed.
Up to the third level and the main bedroom with a queen size bed, private balcony with views out to North Avoca and beyond. A private ensuite with spa bath and shower. Linen not provided.

Go barefoot bowling, have a hit of tennis or hire a kayak or paddle boat on Avoca Lake.
