Accessibility: Memorial Park has accessible toilets and changing facilities, accessible play spaces, accessible parking, and connectivity to shops and restaurants on the Waterfront Plaza. There will also be a mobile sensory room with an occupational therapist available to help for the duration of the event.

Eat & Drink
Dinner is sorted at Light Up The Lake with a selection of meals and desserts from some of the region’s favourite food trucks and the restaurants along The Entrance Waterfront.
For the first time ever, enjoy a selection of alcoholic beverages in the licensed area at Light Up The Lake! This area is 18+ and strict capacity restrictions apply.
Roving Entertainment
Check out the stunning roving LED performers as they illuminate the night with colour, sparkle and magic, and interact with the crowd. Don’t miss out on the Birds of Paradise as they display multicoloured combinations of constantly changing colour patterns of light, while soaring above on their stilts. Watch them fly like birds as they hover above the crowds, illuminating the sky and the imaginations of the people below.
Activities
There are plenty of activities for the kids at this year’s Light Up The Lake! Meet a real-life mermaid or go on a pirate scavenger hunt. Have your face painted, make some playdoh to take home, or just enjoy yourself with some messy play! The kids can also let out some energy with the Mega Play Climbing Centre, and if they need to have a break from all the hustle and bustle and noise, we have the ‘Rocking the Senses’ mobile sensory room on site.
The Crud Space| 4-9pm
Drop into the CRUD Space at Light Up the Lake for free all-ages creative fun, including the creation of a whimsical collaborative community art piece which celebrates the beauty and diversity of our local waterways.
Circus Playspace and Glow Flow Playspace
Get ready for an enchanting evening of lights and flow with Roundabout Circus at 'Light up the Lake’. A glowing spectacle for all ages, this event is sure to illuminate your night with wonder!

Swing by the Water and Sewer Education Tent for a splash of fun and test your knowledge on all things water and sewer related.
Join us at the Waterways Education Stall for an exciting, hands-on learning experience and don’t miss the chance to meet Parker the Platypus, our beloved mascot!
Learn all about the incredible biodiversity on the Central Coast and the best places to explore. Find out where you can watch whales, find feathered friends, encounter echidnas, and perhaps spy a platypus!
