Coastal Surge International Film Festival is an initiative supported through Central Coast Council’s Creative Art Central Commissioning program. This event prides itself as a prestige berth for big screen content.
This year’s Coast Surge International Film Festival will provide a diverse cinema experience sharing short films across various genres and music videos produced from 2020 playing out across two Central Coast venues, including Everglades in Woy Woy and one of the country’s most iconic regional cinemas Avoca Beach Theatre.
As filmmakers themselves, and creative directors of this event, Glenn Fraser and Amelia Foxton have seen their work on the biggest screens in the world - from Sydney Film Festival, Tropfest and Sundance and dozens in between.
