Great family friendly home and a short walk to the beach via the pathways. This house is great for the children especially with the outdoor play equipment. It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large undercover entertaining area. This two storey home boasts;

The living and entertaining area is all downstairs with the 4 bedrooms being upstairs. Downstairs is a well -equipped kitchen and dining which leads off the entertaining area. This huge undercover deck has a large dining table and is great for entertaining. There is also a high chair at the property for the littlies.

Upstairs are the four bedrooms and another living area with television, and the main bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and large walk in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has king single bunk beds and bedroom 4 has a single bed with a trundle. Linen is not provided at this property.
There is also a hot/cold outdoor shower to wash the sand off you after the beach. Laundry has a washing machine/ dryer.
Plus a wonderful children's play area in the back yard. Please note, the use of the play equipment is at your own risk.

Charming Avoca Beach is perfectly suited for families with a well-protected rock pool, patrolled surf beach, children's playground, boutique shopping and a la carte restaurants as well as alfresco cafes overlooking the beach. Step back in time at the award winning, character filled Avoca Beach Picture Theatre where featured movies range from unique 'Indies Films' to the latest box office smash. Go barefoot bowling, have a hit of tennis or hire a kayak or paddle boat on Avoca Lake.
