The open plan kitchen, large lounge/dining area, and the master bedroom open onto the large north-facing balcony. Lounge area and master bedroom have flat-screen TV's. Kitchen with all modern appliances and washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the main bathroom.

Bedroom one contains queen size bed and ensuite, and bedroom two has a queen size bed. All bed linen and towels are provided. The lounge room and master bedroom also have split system air conditioning.
