The parent's retreat upstairs allows for time out with a good book and a glass of champagne. The main bedroom contains queen bed, television and ensuite with relaxing spa bath plus private deck. It's a fabulous getaway for those lazy Avoca summer days.

Bedroom 2 contains queen bed and bedroom 3 has two king single beds. The modern kitchen has a dishwasher and microwave, Large open plan living and dining area with TV and DVD. There is also an extra shower and toilet in the laundry. Linen not provided.

Charming Avoca Beach is perfectly suited for families with a well-protected rock pool, patrolled surf beach, children's playground, boutique shopping and a la carte restaurants as well as alfresco cafes overlooking the beach. Step back in time at the award winning, character filled Avoca Beach Picture Theatre where featured movies range from unique 'Indies Films' to the latest box office smash. Go barefoot bowling, have a hit of tennis or hire a kayak or paddle boat on Avoca Lake.
