This is great property for the family holiday and just a short flat walk to the beach. It's the upstairs section of a house and a permanent tenant does live downstairs.

Lovely lounge and open plan kitchen dining room. Bedroom one has a queen size bed, bedroom 2 has a queen and bedroom three has two singles. Linen not provided. Main bathroom has a spa bath. There is a large front deck with outdoor table and chairs and lounges. No use of the backyard. Laundry only has a washing machine. Linen is not provided at this property.

Copacabana Beach is one of the Central Coast's most breathtakingly beautiful and relaxed beaches. It's a patrolled beach perfect for swimming, surfing and there's a rock pool for the kids. The local village has cafes, restaurant, convenience stores and there's a coffee shop at the Surf Club.
