Lounge and dining open onto a large deck. There is a spacious open plan lounge room with a large television, blue tooth sound bar, DVD and gas fire. The beautiful dining area and modern kitchen have spectacular views.

The downstairs bedroom contains queen size bed, and bedroom 2 has 2 king single beds. The main bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet. Upstairs is bedroom 3 which contains queen size bed. There is a second bathroom upstairs. Bedroom 4 is a parent's retreat and features king size bed plus a modular lounge, kitchenette, TV and DVD. Linen not provided. There is a laundry with washing machine and dryer, plus a third toilet.

Copacabana Beach is one of the Central Coast's most breathtakingly beautiful and relaxed beaches. It's a patrolled beach perfect for swimming, surfing and there's a rock pool for the kids. The local village has cafes, restaurant, convenience stores and there's a coffee shop at the Surf Club.
