 The CWA of NSW Northumberland Group Mangrove Mountain Evening branch have established a visual historic display showcasing the role the Hawkesbury River played in the history of the region. Originally the river was the highway that connected the small settlements along its banks and today it remains a source of enjoyment for fishing and water activities. The surrounding National Parks offer great walking trails with an abundance of native flora and fauna.
