On entry is the lounge room, and fireside seating area for those chilly winter evenings. The lounge room contains flat screen tv, surround sound blu-ray/dvd and Optus FetchTV. The fully renovated kitchen has views out to sea and every modern appliance including Nespresso coffee machine. The dining table seats 8 -10 people and contains an air conditioner. This leads off to an outside deck, one of three, and then down to the bottom level deck and garden, a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the views.

There are three bedrooms upstairs. Bedroom one has easterly views, with a queen size bed, and bedrooms 2 and 3 have two single beds in each. The main bathroom on this level has dual access and is a 3 way bathroom providing ensuite facilities for the master bedroom. Linen not provided.

Downstairs is a rumpus room complete with a flat screen television, blu-ray/dvd, playstation and children's play area. Also on this level is the fourth bedroom which has a queen size bed. The second bathroom is combined with the laundry which contains washing machine and dryer. There is also a porta cot available.

Copacabana Beach is one of the Central Coast's most breathtakingly beautiful and relaxed beaches. It's a patrolled beach perfect for swimming, surfing and there's a rock pool for the kids. The local village has cafes, restaurant, convenience stores and there's a coffee shop at the Surf Club.
