Sober Conscious Dance Party – Presented at the FunHaus Factory on Friday the 11th of April
So Flow – Sober Conscious Dance Party is an inclusive drug and alcohol free event for our community. The safe space provides an opportunity to freely express yourself through fabulous outfits and fantastic dance moves!
Feel free to bring any props (fans, hula hoops, glow sticks etc) or instruments (drums, didge, tambourine etc) to enhance your movement and musical experience. We are only seeking a natural high created from our collective energy and enthusiasm. Embracing sobriety and letting our bodies move and flow from the energy within!
The event will commence with heart opening cacoa, a sharing circle and meditation to harness our energy before busting our best moves on the dance floor. The evening is about connecting with ourselves, old friends and creating new connections.
