Join us this September for a magical, cinema experience under the stars.
Bring a picnic rug, grab a bite to eat from a local eatery and enjoy a free family friendly outdoor screening of Shark Tale! Limited seating and picnic rugs will be provided or bring your own. Come early to find a great spot.
There will be roving entertainment, circus fun, kids craft, face painting and lawn games.
The evening of fun starts at 4pm, with the movie screening at 6pm.

Sustainable Future Festival

Our annual Sustainable Future Festival is delivered by 1Coast (Central Coast Council and Cleanaway Waste Education Program) which is solely developed to reach as many Central Coast residents as possible to inspire, educate and engage the community about ways to minimise waste, correctly dispose items in their respective methods (general waste, recycling, green bin, FOGO, composting, bulk kerbside, battery disposals etc) as well as celebrate the local businesses and organisations making a positive impact.
Australian National Busking Championship – Central Coast Heats
Where: The Entrance Town Centre and Memorial Park

Program: Join us for the Central Coast Heat of the Australian National Busking Championship on Sunday Sep 29, 2024! Get ready to witness talented street performers from all over the country showcasing their skills in an exciting competition.
For musicians of all ages, skill levels and musical genres, you'll be amazed by the diverse range of acts that will grace the stage. Whether you're a music enthusiast or simply looking for a great day out, this event is not to be missed! Great cash prizes to be won!
Competition takes place between 9.30am and 1.30pm. Competitors will be stationed around Memorial Park and the Plaza of The Entrance and will perform a succession of half hour spots in different localities. They will be judged by three judges, but also by a popular public vote. To vote for your favourites to get through to the award concert, you can buy voting tokens on the day during the competition.
The finale concert will be held from 2.30 to 4pm on the day, at Memorial Park stage during which winners will be announced. This is the Central Coast Region's heat for the Australian National Busking Championships. Winners of each category will be eligible to compete in the national titles.
