This is a fantastic opportunity to sample some of the nation’s best whisky - right in your own backyard! Amber Lane Distillery has become renowned for its large premium barrels, longer maturation cycles and the careful application of principles learned from European distilling traditions.
Last year alone, the distillery received 10 gold medals from across Australia and overseas for its whisky expressions, making it one of the most decorated whisky distilleries in the country.
