The quintessential beach house. Nestled in the quiet headland of North Avoca, this lovely cottage has glorious beach and bush views. Less than a two minute walk and you are on the sands of North Avoca beach next to both the flags and the famous rock pools.

This great little cottage is ideal for a family holiday, for a couples getaway or for time away with friends. Recently renovated, with interiors by Stewart + Highfield, the cottage has three bedrooms, one bathroom and a great deck, perfect for outdoor eating and wiling away the hours soaking in the view. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, bedroom 2 a queen, and bedroom 3 has two single beds. Linen is not provided. All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is one bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet, a bbq area in the big backyard and a laundry with a washing machine (no dryer).

Catch a movie at the historic barefoot Avoca Beach Picture Theatre, go barefoot bowling, have a hit of tennis or hire a kayak or paddle boat on Avoca Lake.
