The open plan lounge, dining and kitchen have the most amazing views of the ocean and beach, opening onto the balcony. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything required. There is a separate family room with a large flat screen television and DVD player.

The main bedroom with a queen size bed has a walk in robe, and ensuite. On the downstairs level are the other three bedrooms and outside courtyard. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen beds, and bedroom 4 contains two single beds. Linen not provided.

Charming Avoca Beach is perfectly suited for families with a well-protected rock pool, patrolled surf beach, children's playground, boutique shopping and a la carte restaurants as well as alfresco cafes overlooking the beach. Go barefoot bowling, have a hit of tennis or hire a kayak or paddle boat on Avoca Lake.
