On entry are two bedrooms and a large bathroom with bath. Bedroom 1 has a double bed with a single on the top and bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. There is a double lock up garage. The laundry with washing machine and dryer is located in the garage.

Upstairs is the kitchen, living areas and main bedroom with an ensuite. The main bedroom has a queen size bed. The open plan kitchen and living area also has air conditioning and views of the lake and the ocean.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with energy efficient appliances. There is also a large deck with outdoor furniture.
