Pink bins are popping up around Central Coast cafes and are being filled with toiletries donations for women in our community. This is part of Café Trail, the first of its kind. Over 20 cafes on the Coast have jumped on board to support this wonderful initiative during the month of March.

Follow us as we visit the participating cafes and show you where you can make donations and grab a coffee and bite to eat while you are there!

Charming cafes

As you meander around the Coast to donate much needed toiletries in the pink bins, you'll travel through charming suburbs. The first batch of little cafes are in Saratoga, Davistown, Copacabana, Kincumber, Umina, Woy Woy and Tascott. Enjoy a hot coffee, a selection of freshly made goods and chatting to the friendly locals.

Founder of Woman Hood Central Coast

Local teenager, 17-year-old Keira Smith is an inspiring young woman making a huge impact within the Central Coast community. She started Woman Hood Central Coast after her Nana Reet recalled the poverty she endured growing up and the limited access to feminine supplies. Now Woman Hood Central Coast connects local businesses with individuals who want to support the local community.

ProJuice Cafe, Umina Beach

Kick start your day

Start your day with a freshly squeezed healthy juice or a nutritious acai bowl or smoothie made while you wait. With your body fuelled, take a walk along Umina Beach and watch the surfers ride in the morning waves.

Lunch Bar, Woy Woy

More than just lunch

With a wrap-around veranda, this charming bakehouse cafe welcomes you to sit and watch the world go by. Explore the delicious locally baked treats with your barista coffee or try their famous Greek Souvlaki Pita!

Sharpey's Love Shack, Woy Woy

Coffee with good vibes

Surrounded with native trees and peaceful views over Brisbane Waters, this rustic coffee shack near Lion's Park is a great place to recharge. With good vibes, easy bites and great coffee, come down and grab a bite to eat and a coffee to go.

The Bees Knees Eatery, Copacabana

Beachside bakery

Supporting local businesses and using the freshest local ingredients, this beachside bakery is serving Copacabana with coffees, croissants and cakes. Enjoy seasonal flavours, small bites but keep some room for their creamy icecream!

Looloo's Coffee Warehouse, Kincumber

With sustainability at heart, these local legends carefully select, blend and roast their coffee for consistent flavour and quality. Order a sustainably sourced coffee to sip on while you relax in the comfort of the converted warehouse. Before you leave, pick up a bag of beans or biodegradable coffee pods to go!

In the heart of sunny Saratoga, the bustling and busy cafe springs to life to serve locals and visitors with everything from breakfast to lunch. Sit outside with your four-legged friend and if you're lucky, you may catch some live music on the weekends.

The Little Teapot, Davistown

Time for tea!

Located minutes from the stunning Davistown waterfront and Central Ferry Wharf, this popular cafe with a dog friendly back garden area is ready to serve breakfast, brunch and lunch plus an assortment of mouthwatering house baked goodies.

Fahrenheit Cafe, East Gosford

Bustling bistro

Conveniently located in this lively suburb, you can be sure to experience an international menu to tickle your taste buds! Sip on cappuccino or milkshakes, enjoy all day breakfast and lunch and dine indoors or out. Don't forget to bring your four-legged friend because dogs are very welcome here too.

Locomotive Station, Tascott

Homemade South African eats

Take the train to Tascott and step inside a cafe where you can taste local cuisines as well as South African delights. Try bunny pies, bunny chow and koeksisters that are made onsite from recipes handed down through generations as well as house made cakes, slices and curries.

The Cafe Trail will take you further up the Coast allowing you to donate supplies at participating cafes in Wamberal, Foresters Beach, Tumbi Umbi, Long Jetty, Toowoon Bay, North Entrance and Norah Head. Immerse yourself in the seaside towns and oceanside cafes experiencing those coastal vibes and the goodness from wholesome food.

Zanziba Riverside Cafe, West Gosford

Modern, light and airy ambience

Nestled in the Riverside business park, this go-to popular spot is a great place for coffee, breakfast and lunch, serving a variety tasty fresh meals and sweet treats. Enjoy the contemporary cafes feels while you relax inside or out.

The name of the cafe says it all, a place where the locals like to go! With an extensive range of gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options, enjoy the taste of authentic artisan bakes breads, speciality coffee and a selection of house made provisions.

Located right between the beach and lake, step inside the breezy coastal feels of this boutique coffee house and relax into the vibes of the Coast. This paw friendly cafe offers a puppachino for your dog and an array seasonal blended coffee for humans!

Three Peas Eatery, Warnervale

We welcome a newbie cafe to the Coast serving nourishing foods made from seasonal ingredients, leaving you feeling healthy and full of goodness. From fresh bean and pork burrito bowls to banana and walnut muffins, this newcomer has its customer's health at heart.
