These two hinterland hamlets are full of amazing local producers and farm gate experiences. This June long weekend, the Central Coast will come together for the region's annual harvest festival giving you the chance experience new things to do and discover locally made foods, drinks and more! Get your friends together and support our wonderful local community.

A patchwork of lush pastureland and farm gate experiences

Meet the local farm animals, taste the 'farm to plate' produce and say hello to hardworking farmers as you encounter these picturesque hamlets on your Harvest Festival journey.

Wyong Creek Public School

Fun day at the creek

Come and join the fun at Wyong Creek Public School's "Fun day at The Creek".  Experience a range of exciting and interactive stalls, arts and crafts, local performances and plenty of fun games. Enjoy the great Aussie BBQ, freshly made lemonade and lots of tasty baked sweet treats!

  

Platypus Day

Learn about water creatures

Celebrate the amazing platypus that inhabit Wyong river. Learn about their habitat, what they eat and how they protect themselves. Go on a waterbug hunt, watch a wildlife show and spot the local birdlife while you enjoy a walk through the stunning village of Mardi. 

  

  

Yarramalong School of Art

Bush dancing

Bring the family down to Yarramalong School of Arts hall to enjoy a bush dance with live music from a favourite bush band! Enjoy a sausage sizzle and beverage while you watch family and friends dance the night away.

  

  

Angel Sussurri

Stop for a bite to eat

Indulge in the flavours of the season at Angel Sussurri, where great food, coffee, service, and atmosphere await you on your Harvest Festival journey. Whether you're seeking a cozy spot for breakfast, a delightful lunch, or a memorable dinner with friends and family, this restaurant is the perfect destination. 

  

  

Grace Springs Farm

Farm Tours

Come and experience what farm life is really like! Pat the cow, cuddle a chook, collect the eggs & see the pigs being fed. This is an informative and interactive 90 min tour of a chemical free and regenerative farm. The tour is suitable for all ages with fresh produce available to purchase.

  

Mangrove Mountain Visitors Centre

Dam Day Out!

Visit the new and interactive Mangrove Creek Dam Visitor Centre and take in breathtaking views of the Central Coast’s largest dam while being besotted by the beautiful flora and fauna that occupy the area. Keep the kids entertained with a live theatre performance from local company Gibber or hone your water-wise gardening skills with a free workshop on wicking beds and other water resilient gardening techniques. 

  

Kulnura Public School

Market fresh hub

Come and purchase freshly grown produce from local farmers for a real 'farm to plate' experience. Market stalls will be offering eggs, fruits, veggies, oranges, seedlings, flowers and plants, river mint tea plus a bonsai demonstration!

  

  

East Coast Beverages

Bambino's on the Farm

Bambino's on the Farm is not to be missed. Ride through citrus aisles on a tractor trailer tour, pick your own oranges and sip on the finest coffee from our new on-site café Bambino's whilst cosied up in the orchard on a picnic blanket. Groove to live music and play some lawn games. Dogs are welcome!
