Fresh Find #1 - Something new to do
Kayaking and seafood lunches
Once a month, Glenworth Valley Outdoor Adventures holds an unmissable Seafood Kayaking Picnic for a small number of guests on the Central Coast waterways. Departing from the charming coastal town of Woy Woy, the leisurely 5 hour kayaking tour covers a 10km distance taking in the coasts most specular hidden waterways around Brisbane Water. Relax to the sounds of the wilderness as you gently paddle past oyster farms and the homes of our iconic pelicans, while experiencing the natural beauty of our eco certified region. Fresh Find #2 - New places to eat & drink
Weekend water views with tapas and cocktails
Nestled in-between Ettalong and Empire Bay on the Bouddi Peninsula is a brand-new cocktail and tapas bar that has just opened on the Central Coast and we can't wait to tell you about it! Daley's Bar is the nightlife counterpart to the popular juice bar and cafe, Daley's Kitchen. Bringing a new flare to Daley's Point the bar has created delicious cocktails naming some after the neighbouring suburbs such as 'St Hubert Long Island'! Offering weekend tapas specials such as coconut lime crusted jumbo prawns with kim chi served with fresh lime and coconut yoghurt sauce or honey soy pork belly, there are plenty for tasty delights waiting for you. Live bands grace guests too as they look over the glittering waters of Brisbane Water.
Round up your friends and go and enjoy drinks, cocktails and tapas with a view! Open Friday and Saturday 5pm-9pm.

Fresh Find #3 - New places to eat & drink
The Anchor Spencer
The adoring village of Spencer located on the mighty Hawkesbury River is a real hidden gem. Accessible by car, bike or boat, just up-stream from Brooklyn and on the junction of Mangrove Creek, is a charming little place to stop for a bite to eat at the old general store. The Anchor Spencer has been recently renovated by new owners, plus given a new name, and is a great spot to grab a coffee and enjoy a takeaway or dine in breakfast and lunch made with local produce and the freshest locally caught seafood. There is live music on Sunday afternoons on the wharf opposite between 12-4pm and if you come by boat, the hosts even offer a tender service. Spot the famous tree marked with the wooden sign ‘Dunkirk Hotel’ while you take in the stunning river views. Another must see is the gigantic sustainable sculpture called 'Serenity' by local sculptor Peter Rush. It is located near the Public Wharf and made entirely from Gymea lilies! We think you should definitely put aside time in your diaries this month to visit this Central Coast historic township!
