On entry to this delightful home is the separate air conditioned lounge room with a large smart television. Netflix is connected as well as Foxtel. There is also a fire place in the lounge room for those cool winter nights.
Go through to the open plan kitchen, dining and another lounge area which then opens up onto a deck and the flat back yard. Kitchen has all of the modern conveniences and the deck has bbq and also a pizza oven.
There is also an outdoor shower and children's play/climbing area.
the laundry has a front loading washing machine and a dryer.
The downstairs area also has two bedrooms and the main bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedroom 2 has a single bed. Both rooms have built in robes. The main bathroom has a shower/bath unit.
Upstairs is another two bedrooms - bedroom 3 has a king size bed, ensuite with double shower and walk in robe plus air conditioning. Bedroom 4 has a set of double bunks.
