Food Integrity Group - FIG Co-op

We operate an organic food box system for the Central Coast. We specialise in fresh, local, organic produce - supporting our farmers here on the Central Coast first.

The co-op is run by volunteers comprising of a management committee and general members, who share in the setting up and packing away, ordering, weighing & bagging up of veggies, cashier assistant, and lots of little jobs in between. We have a membership fee structure which includes a one-off joining fee and an annual fee July-June and that amount depends on the amount of volunteering you can do.

We conduct fortnightly bulk orders for those who juice, make smoothies or want larger quantities of potatoes, for example, and an extras table is set up where honey and dry goods etc are available, along with additional fresh produce for members to purchase.

The co-op operates on Mondays from 2.00pm until 5.00pm at the Ourimbah Razorbacks Rugby Club, 10 Chittaway Road, Ourimbah (entry via University car park).
