Central Coast Zoo

Central Coast Zoo is a unique and intimate opportunity to meet some beautiful animals tucked away in the Central Coast hinterland. By booking ahead for a private tour, you and the family can get up close and personal with some of the world's exotic animals right here on the NSW Central Coast, just over an hour north of Sydney.

The Central Coast Zoo's new Savannah Sanctuary exhibit will be home to various species of African animals including the pride of African Lions as well as Meerkats, Ostrich, Camels and some more new species coming soon. Other animals at the zoo include Capybara, Serval, African Parrots, and Black-capped Capuchin Monkeys.

Please note Central Coast Zoo is open by appointment only for private animal encounters. Central Coast Zoo cannot be wondered freely by guests before or after their encounters. Guests are escorted by their Zookeeper guide to and from their experiences. Due to safety considerations, only participants of animal encounters can enter Central Coast Zoo.
