Louise Goldrick, founder and creator of Glampton Shells, has set up a shell recycling project called "Shuck It Forward" on the Central Coast of NSW, Australia.
She sustainably sources used Oyster and Scallop shells from local restaurants and repurposes them into bespoke creations, making each shell a unique piece of art.
Inspired by the Hamptons and Coastal style decor, the shells are hand painted and adorned with beautiful decoupage designs and finished with Gold Leaf or Silver Leaf gilded edges.
The repurposed seashells are perfect for:
- Home Decor Statement Pieces
- Trinket/Jewellery Dishes
- Salt and Pepper Cellars
- Ornaments & Table Decor
As part of the Shuck It Forward - Shell Recycling Project, $1 from each shell sale is donated to the designated "Charity of the month" working towards Marine Conservation/Rescue.
You can check out the collection online or visit Glampton Shells at the Woy Woy Waterfront & Umina Beach Markets most months.
