The home offers a kid friendly living room downstairs, with TV, games and foosball table, and bedroom with a queen bed. Upstairs is the dining area, front deck with outdoor table and offering a picture perfect garden setting is the rear living room, also with TV but with full glass windows to look over the gardens and backyard. The second bedroom features a queen bed and the third bedroom features two single beds. With table tennis table in the garage, off street parking for 2 cars and is located within a 10 minute walk to the beach or Copa cafes/bars.
