Fresh Find #2 - New places to eat & drink
A symphony of flavours waiting to be explored in Ettalong Beach

Led by a family venture on the Central Coast, The Banger Rebellion is making waves in Ettalong Beach. Rolling out of a mobile food truck named Stella, The Banger Rebellion are cooking up a storm with their gourmet grilled banger rolls. A concoction of other local artists that call the Central Coast home, this venture’s rolls are baked from the legendary Burnt Honey Bakery in Copacabana and their sausage bangers are from the award-winning The Butchers Chop in Woy Woy.

More than just mere ingredients, The Banger Rebellion have crafted a tantalising menu adorned with a fusion of culinary meats. Their “OB” Original Banger doused with beef and pork longonisa sausage, Chilli Uprising bringing a Mexican fusion and their Die Bestenwurst, translating to ‘The Best Sausage’ is just the start of their endless menu bringing mouth-watering delights to the locals of Ettalong Beach.

Fresh Find #3 - New maker & creator to explore
A unique way to wear your love for the Central Coast

When it comes to unique and detail-obsessed jewellery, you can’t look past local jewellery designer ByBex. Each set of hand-crafted polymer clay earrings that comes out of her studio, is inspired by the natural beauty of the beaches and burbs that are fringed and dotted along the Central Coast. This designer has captured the essence of key hotspots around the Coast with each collection. Her Holgate Hues collection draws from the warm, earthy tones that fall across the hinterland region of Holgate and Matcham during autumn, whilst her Timeless Terrigal collection is inspired by the serene blue hues of the ocean mixing with the coastal sand of Terrigal beach.

ByBex’s collections are an array of staple fashion piece that should be added to everyone’s jewellery box, from drop-style earrings for the perfect date night outfit, or studs for the everyday wearer. This busy mum of two built her business with practicality in mind after wanting a little bit of everyday fashion glam in her life, without the hassle. Using polymer clay as a medium to craft her stunning earring collections became the solution, and now each collection tells a story of place, colour and creativity.
