On entry the light and space of the large open plan living, dining area and kitchen will please the most discerning guest. On this level there is a separate TV/media lounge area which can be closed off for the children, complete with large flat screen television, DVD and Wii. Additionally located on this level is a protected separate BBQ area with fabulous views at side of the house, and a BBQ servery area. Two entertainment decks, one facing West and the other facing East with views.

Downstairs consists of 5 bedrooms. 2 x Master bedrooms each with king size beds and ensuites. Bedroom 3 has two single beds, Bedrooms 4 and 5 are kids bedrooms each with 2 bunks (4 singles ). The large and spacious separate main bathroom contains bath, shower and toilet. Linen not provided. Laundry features washing machine, dryer and drying area.
