On entry to this property there is a teenagers retreat, with large flat screen television. Bedroom 4 is also located downstairs, complete with bunk beds and an ensuite. Ideal area for older children!! Additionally, there is also table tennis set up in the double garage.

Upstairs are the other three bedrooms and living areas. Bedroom one contains a queen size bed, ceiling fan, ensuite and walk in robe. Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 have a queen size bed in each, and ceiling fans. Linen is provided. The main bathroom on this level has a deep bath, shower and separate toilet. Wi Fi is also connected.

Beautiful open plan kitchen, lounge room and dining room opening onto decks. The back deck has a BBQ and outdoor furniture. The front deck is great for the morning cup of coffee, evening glass of wine or to just chill out.

This beautiful property also contains two lounge areas, one with a large flat screen television and DVD. The kitchen is open plan with all new appliances. Laundry has washing machine only.

To complete the picture is a fully enclosed back yard for the children or pet to run around.

Copacabana Beach is one of the Central Coast's most breathtakingly beautiful and relaxed beaches. It's a patrolled beach perfect for swimming, surfing and there's a rock pool for the kids. The local village has cafes, restaurant, convenience stores and there's a coffee shop at the Surf Club.
