The views from the lounge, dining and kitchen are fantastic and open onto the large entertaining deck. The airy and spacious lounge area has a TV and DVD player with comfortable seating and high vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is very well equipped.

Also, on this level are 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 contains a bunk bed which has a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen size beds. Bedroom 3 also has a small ensuite with a shower and toilet. Laundry contains washing machine (no dryer) , toilet and shower. There is also another bathroom which contains shower and basin. Upstairs are another 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 4 contains queen size bed, bedroom 5 contains a king single bed and bedroom 6 a double bed. Linen not provided. There is also bathroom which has 2 separate toilets, a shower and double vanity. Situated on this level is another sitting room which has a flat screen television with DVD and views to the ocean. This whole area overlooks the lounge room.

Charming Avoca Beach is perfectly suited for families with a well-protected rock pool, patrolled surf beach, children's playground, boutique shopping and a la carte restaurants as well as alfresco cafes overlooking the beach. Step back in time at the award winning, character filled Avoca Beach Picture Theatre where featured movies range from unique 'Indies Films' to the latest box office smash. Go barefoot bowling, have a hit of tennis or hire a kayak or paddle boat on Avoca Lake.
