The main level of the house is entered from the street. There is an open plan dining room and large living room area that opens out onto the deck with beautiful beach views. There is also a servery window to the deck from the modern kitchen that is fully appointed with Miele appliances. Downstairs is a second living area with a flat screen TV, Foxtel etc and another three bedrooms.

The main bedroom contains a queen size bed complete with ensuite. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 also have queen sized beds. Linen is provided.

On the lowest level is the rumpus room, which opens onto the pool and BBQ area.
