Main bedroom with king size bed, ensuite and amazing views on entry level, as is Bedroom 4 which has two double beds. Upstairs is another master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite. Also on this level is Bedroom two which has queen size bed, and Bedroom 3 also has a queen size bed with lounge area and balcony. Cot available. Linen is provided.

The large lounge room is situated at the front of the house opens onto the deck to capture the full view. The kitchen is in the centre of the house and has everything that is needed - microwave, dishwasher etc.

Charming Avoca Beach is perfectly suited for families with a well-protected rock pool, patrolled surf beach, children's playground, boutique shopping and a la carte restaurants as well as alfresco cafes overlooking the beach.
