Main bedroom has a queen size mattress latex bed, lcd television and ensuite. Bedroom two has a queen size bed. Bedroom three has a king single and single bed. Bedroom four has a king single and single bed and bedroom five has two single beds plus a small television and DVD player. All bedrooms are on the one level, with a completely separate shower, toilet and vanity at the end of the hall. Linen not provided, however, can be hired from the Avoca Beach Laundrette at an extra charge and also beds may be made up for an extra charge

Staircase to downstairs living areas. Lounge room has a television and DVD. Large living area opens onto a fabulous deck from the family and dining room. Kitchen has dishwasher and microwave. Fully equipped laundry.
