This large comfortable family friendly property has spectacular views of Copacabana and McMasters Beach from all three levels. It is in close proximity to Copacabana Beach but also enjoys the cool ocean breeze from its elevated position. Family bookings only. This property has lots of stairs and is unsuitable for the elderly.

The top level of the house has an air conditioned living area opening on to a large balcony with great beach and ocean views of Copacabana, Mourawaring Point and Bouddi National Park. A perfect place to relax and watch the sun go down. Also on the top level is a large open plan kitchen with dishwasher, restaurant quality oven and large fridge. The indoor dining area and opens onto a fully fenced level yard at the rear. The laundry on this level has washing machine and dryer.

The main bedroom on the top floor contains queen bed with ensuite including spa bath and has expansive views. The second bedroom on the top floor has a cantilever bed incorporating one double and one single bed. There is also a main bathroom on this level. Linen not provided.

The second level has one bedroom with queen size bed, a second bedroom with two sets of single bunks perfect for children and a main bathroom. There is a substantial open suspended living area on this level with two lounges and a wet bar.

The third level has a lounge area with a large television, dvd player and range of books to enjoy. The house also has an iPod docking station for playing music. There is also a cot and high chair at the property.
A ping pong table is also at the property.

Copacabana Beach is one of the Central Coast's most breathtakingly beautiful and relaxed beaches. It's a patrolled beach perfect for swimming, surfing and there's a rock pool for the kids. The local village has cafes, restaurant, convenience stores and there's a coffee shop at the Surf Club.
