On the entry level you will find Bedroom 1 with king size bed and ensuite with bath. Bedroom 2 has queen size bed. Bedroom 3 has two singles and Bedroom 4 with king size bed and ensuite. Bed linen is provided, just bring your own towels and beach towels. The main bathroom is on this level and also a powder room. A theatre room with LED television completes the floor.

Upstairs is open plan with an wood fire place, lounge with large television with Foxtel. The large undercover deck with outdoor setting for 10 people comes complete with cane lounges. Kitchen is galley style with two large fridges, separate glass fronted bar fridge and two dishwashers.

Laundry with washing machine and dryer. Recreation room with Billiard Table. No Garage parking. Surfboards etc., are not to be stored on Billiard Table.
