Upon entry to this newly built, air conditioned apartment, you are met with a view over Avoca Beach. The main loungeroom/dining area is large, and opens to the entertainment balcony. The kitchen contains everything you could imagine for the family and Nespresso Coffee Machine. Pods not supplied.

Bedrooms 1 and 2 each contain king size beds, bedroom 3 contains 2 x king single beds and bedroom 4 contains 2 sets of bunks. All bedrooms open to the large wrap around entertainment balcony, which also houses the hot/cold outdoor shower. All linen is supplied.
