Upon entry to this apartment you will be met with an eclectic mix of old and new. Open plan living, dining and kitchen open to the large balcony at the front of the property. Kitchen contains microwave, air fryer and other useful appliances. However, there is no bbque at the property. The washing machine is a washing machine and dryer combination.

At the rear of the property you will find the bedrooms and the large, peaceful back yard, which is shared with the upstairs tenants. Bedroom one contains queen bed, and bedroom two contains a small double bed. All linen is provided.

Copacabana Beach is one of the Central Coast's most breathtakingly beautiful and relaxed beaches. It's a patrolled beach perfect for swimming, surfing and there's a rock pool for the kids. The local village has cafes, restaurant, convenience store and there's a coffee shop in the Village and at the Surf Club.
