This holiday home is the ultimate family retreat. It offers amazing beach and ocean views right to the headland, and the incredible view can be enjoyed right across the home, with fantastic indoor and outdoor entertaining options, such as the sunny deck with bbq and huge lower level rumpus with table tennis table. With well stocked kitchen, separate dining room, bedrooms and modern bathrooms on both levels plus plenty of off-street parking for 3-4 cars.

Upstairs you have the comfortable main lounge room plus wrap around deck that offers uninterrupted views, with outdoor lounge suite and BBQ. Plus the kitchen is fully equipped with all the pots, pans and appliances you’ll need for the family feast and there’s a separate dining room with table that seats 10.

Downstairs is the large rumpus room with ping pong table and second TV and lounge area, plus neat side courtyard. With bedrooms and bathrooms on both levels, each with BIR all offering either a view of peaceful outlook.

Set in a uniquely private position, with plenty of off-street parking including a carport, with grassed park area just 2 minutes away, from where there's a great walking track down to Winney Bay and around to Avoca Beach. Located up the hill from Copacabana, which is about a 10-15 walk down to the beach or a 2 minute drive.
