from the entire main living area, your holiday will start the instant you set foot in the spacious main living room.

The house has 4 x large bedrooms, two of which enjoy water views, and one has a roll-out single trundle bed. The home also includes a side media room, ideal for the kids, and even separate study, in case you need to bring your work with you, while the open plan living, sizeable kitchen with island bench and waterfront outdoor sitting area means everyone will have a place to kick back and take in the amazing water views. However the fun of this home doesn’t just finish with the views, as there’s the solar-heated in-ground swimming pool with as well as private jetty from where you’re welcome to moor your own boat (boat ramp located just around the corner) and even a kids slippery dip to the water.

Private and quiet, The Boathouse @ Empire Bay is just a few minutes walk to nearby cafes and bottle shop or you have Empire Bay Tavern a 5 minute drive, or your choice of beaches within a 15 minute radius (Killcare 10 minutes), Avoca beach (15 minutes) or Terrigal (20 minutes). Please be aware that the fireplace is currently not in working order.
