Avoca Beach Shack is the perfect beach shack. There are (obstructed) view of the water from the upstairs balcony. Upstairs you will find the main two bedrooms and open plan kitchen and living area.

Walking up the steps from the road and then the stairs up to the balcony you will instantly be taken by the beautiful Avoca Beach views and the smell of the beach.  Please note the steps between the two levels of the home are outside stairs not internal.

The bunk room downstairs offers 1 x single bunk and 1 x single and double bunk plus a newly renovated bathroom and separate entrance.  A perfect space for the kids/teenage retreat. It is important to note that the Bunk room has a separate entrance and not linked to the main house and may not be suitable for young children or children that require supervision. 

Enjoy those lazy afternoons on the balcony with a BBQ or snack and in the morning it is the ideal setting for a yummy breakfast all the while taking in the amazing ocean view.

Avoca Beach House is just that a Beach House not a Luxury Home.  If you are looking for that perfect Beach House feel then this is exactly the home you are looking for.

 Just a short walk to the main Avoca Village (from the street level) and a 400m stroll to the Surf Club. It is also a short stroll to the famous Avoca Picture Theatre. Across the road is the path that leads straight to the beach,

Avoca Beach Shack is a beautiful, light soaked home situated in the highly sought after lifestyle holiday destination Avoca Beach.  Just the ideal getaway for families or 2 families  wanting to holiday together, or a girls or friends weekend getaway.

No Pets Allowed.

The Garage is not accessible. However, you can park in the driveway.
