The Growers Cottage

Set on 25 acres of land, The Growers Cottage is a lovingly restored original farmers' cottage, nestled amongst the Dharug National Park in Lower Mangrove Mountain.

The Growers Cottage is a one-bedroom open-plan cottage ideal for couples. It's a place to unwind, read, restore and enjoy the quiet sounds of nature. The cottage is surrounded by many fruit trees and vegetables are grown outside the door which you may take advantage of during your stay. Relax in front of the log fire in winter or enjoy the warmth of summer with the air-conditioning within, with scenic views of the surrounding mountains.

Enjoy walks around the property and take the cottage's tandem bike for a ride to enjoy a picnic in the fields. Relax in a beautiful solid stone outdoor bath overlooking the surrounding mountains. Fire up the outdoor wood-fired pizza oven and cook delicious pizzas, or cook your food on the Weber BBQ and afterwards sit around the outdoor steel fire pit and toast some marshmallows! 

Lower Mangrove is a beautifully secluded and sheltered area that is a great place to visit. On the way to the cottage, there are many local growers where you can buy organic fruit and vegetables, as well as many honesty boxes along the sides of the road where you can purchase fresh seasonal produce.
