Upon entry to the property you are met with amazing views over Copacabana Beach. This level of the property contains the modern kitchen with gas cooking, convection microwave and double door fridge with cold water on tap. The dining/lounge area has beautiful views, and opens to the large entertainment balcony. There are 3 bedrooms and the main bathroom with bath on this level. Bedrooms 1 and 2 contain queen beds, and bedroom 3 contains 2 x single beds. All rooms contain air conditioning units. Linen is provided at this property.

Downstairs is another lounge area which opens onto the downstairs balcony and rear yard with access to pathway to the beach. There is another bedroom containing queen bed and bathroom located on this level. The laundry contains washing machine, dryer and a bar fridge.

Copacabana Beach is one of the Central Coast's most breathtakingly beautiful and relaxed beaches. It's a patrolled beach perfect for swimming, surfing and there's a rock pool for the kids. The local village has cafes, restaurant, convenience stores and there's a coffee shop at the Surf Club.
