The Wave House contains two lounge areas, large sun drenched entertainment balcony and rear shaded deck. The house would suit one or two families. The property boasts fully equipped kitchen with european stainless steel appliances, microwave and dishwasher, Nespresso Coffee Machine, plus spacious dining and living areas. Fully fenced yards with security gated entrance. Laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs you will find the main bedroom with queen size bed, 2nd bedroom with double bed, main bathroom with spa bath, and 2 toilets. Downstairs are another two bedrooms, with bedrooms 3 and 4 containing 2 single beds in each room, and another full bathroom, plus an ideal lounge area for teenagers.

Copacabana Beach is one of the Central Coast's most breathtakingly beautiful and relaxed beaches. It's a patrolled beach perfect for swimming, surfing and there's a rock pool for the kids. The local village has cafes, restaurant, convenience stores and there's a coffee shop at the Surf Club.
