Sydney Oyster Farm Tours offer immersive culinary oyster farm tours just one hour north from Sydney at Mooney Mooney - on the NSW Central Coast.

We're a family-owned oyster farm that has been operating for over 15 years. We are the first oyster farm in NSW that offers in water dining where you can stand in the very waters your oysters are harvested from. We've launched this new in-water experience, where you can walk among the local oyster leases in waders, and try your hand at shucking fresh oysters from the river surrounded by nature.

Our tours take guests on a scenic boat ride out to the oyster leases to learn about the evolution of aquaculture farming, see the current cultivation methods we use up close to bring you the beautiful Sydney Rock Oysters and Pacific Oysters you love!

Oyster Farm Tours operate every weekend and weekdays on request. Bookings are essential and dependant on minimum numbers.
