Upon entry you are greeted with a stunning open plan living/dining/kitchen area opening to the balcony with awesome views to Sydney. The kitchen is new and contains everything expected in a luxury property. Also on this level you will find the main bedroom, complete with queen bed, dressing room and a large ensuite.
Up a few steps to another queen size bedroom with built in wardrobe and ceiling fan.
Downstairs to level 2 contains the other 3 bedrooms, bathroom and another living area. Bedroom 3 contains queen bed, Bedroom 4 contains queen bed and bedroom 5 contains a double size bed. Huge main bathroom has a bath and shower. There is also a lounge room on this level and another television. Laundry complete with washing machine and dryer.
There is outside furniture on both balconies, the top one also having an awning. Please keep closed when windy and not at home.
