In The Belly Of The Whale is a new solo show by acclaimed Croatian-Australian singer, songwriter and performer Michael Simic. In this rambunctious musical adventure, we discover how Simic first came face to face with his charming alter-ego Mikelangelo, and how the two have been inextricably linked ever since. Weaving songs and storytelling into magical, mysterious voyage into the unknown, this is a show filled with laughter, emotion and imagination. It is a story of the blurred lines between the creator and the creation, and the balancing act between being an artist and a father and husband.
