Rachel Cutcliffe was managing a buzzing Sydney café in 2010 when a customer offered to teach an after-hours yoga class to soothe aching muscles and relieve stress. From the first pose she was hooked! To pursue this love affair further, she then travelled to Vancouver where she completed her teacher training with Semperviva Yoga. Now, Rachel runs her own studio based on her years of training that's fuelled by her desire to create a yoga community where people can unwind, reconnect with themselves and make space amongst the busyness of their lives.
