Elixir Journeys

At Elixir Journeys we’re all about private and small-group nature-based experiences that will engage your senses. We’ve combined energising soft-adventure with fabulous food and wine for an easy escape that will leave you feeling as if you’ve been away for weeks, not days. Our experiences are around the lower Central Coast region of the Bouddi Peninsula and Brisbane Waters National Park, the Hawkesbury and the Hunter Valley.

Experiences include: a morning guided bushwalk followed by a 6-course degustation lunch; a Walk. Eat. Sail experience - just as the name suggests; a gentle kayak to a pearling shed amongst the mangroves for a behind-the-scenes look at how the pearl technicians work; a Hawkesbury Sailing Safari in search of local wildlife with a seafood lunch; a private SUPball game for friends or families followed by a delicious gourmet picnic lunch on a secluded beach, and much more.
